 | BubbleJack IPA: One of our favorite styles, this ale is a hop explosion. Light in color, heavily hopped in the kettle as well as conditioned with several unique hop varieties. This creates a beautiful floral/citrusy nose which is balanced well by a smooth and full finish. 6.0% ABV. |
 | The Unforgiven Amber Ale: Our flagship beer is 5.8% ABV. Deep amber in color, and slightly cloudy, this beer is remarkably smooth. We "dry-hop" this ale in the conditioning tank meaning fresh hops are added after fermentation to steep and add a subtle fruity nose. The yeast for this beer was custom created and cultured for us by a lab in Oregon, insuring a one-of-a-kind experience found in no other micro. |
 | Lost Arrow Porter: This beer is black as coffee and has an ABV of 5.0%. Surprisingly soft on the palate, this rich dark ale goes down like silk. Chocolate and Black Patent malts provide a roasted palate which is balanced by careful hopping to create a very quaffable beer. |
 | Winter Warmer: Based on one of our favorite Scotch Ale recipes, this beer is both robust and extremely smooth. With the emphasis on its maltiness, this ale has a very well rounded and full flavor which is delicately balanced by the addition of old world hops. Furthermore, at 6.5% ABV this dark brown ale is guaranteed to keep you warm during the cold winter months! |
 | Small Axe Golden Ale: Out of Season This is our own version of the classic hefeweizen style with a Midwest twist. Brewed with white wheat from Wisconsin, this blonde ale is lively and fresh. We engineered this wheat ale to appeal to those favoring a lighter beer. Our wheat ale is purposefully cloudy in the glass and mild on the palate. |
